Grid Pendant Light
I'm realizing most of my planter designs would also make great pendant lights, so here's a pendant light version of the Grid!
This one does not work out in vase mode, so it needs to be printed normally with an infill. I used a 15% grid infill and 2 walls.
Note that you must only use LED bulbs (9 watts max) as traditional bulbs can get pretty hot and could cause damage to the plastic. I like multi color smart bulbs that I can control with my phone, but any standard 9W LED bulb will do.
Supports None needed!
Scaling I wouldn't recommend scaling this one since it perfectly fits the pendant light socket.
Orientation Should be oriented with the open side facing up.
Print Settings .2mm layer height 15% grid infill 2 walls
Filament & Hardware
- Overture Matte White PLA
- Pendant lights - these come in a pack of three in black or white
Filament and non 3D printed items for this model can be found on my Amazon Storefront, linked here: https://linktr.ee/loftedgoods

These lights are really exciting! Adding your own cord means they can work for any international electricity system.
Could you provide dimensions for the join between the pendant and the bulb fitting?
For example, would the Ikea GÅNGBORD cord sets fit the pendant? Thanks!
This is smaller than expected. Yes we can see the size before print but, the actual one always shocks. Definitely need 250mm model so that be actually used at homes.
Any chanche we can have a 150% scaled version of this? But with the same opening width? I scaled it and forgot about the socket scaling aswell. :(
