This is a simple fan duct for part cooling to upgrade your stock fan and fans hroud. Ender 3 Pro using stock hardware. Print with supports, use brim if needed for ABS/ASA. 

Screws into place like the original fan duct did on the blower fan.

A simple adapter to put on the Ender 3 Pro to use MG12 linear rails, either C or H should work, I tried with MGN12C. Mounts using the M5 screws on the bed. Use M5 threaded inserts on the large holes before mounting.

Mounting instructions:
Print this model x2 using Voron Specs and ABS or ASA material
Print linear rail alignment tools about 6-8 in total. Or 3-4 per side.
Insert heat inserts (M5)
Need M3 screws of various sizes as well as T-nuts

Align the rails using the tools and screw them into the aluminium extrusion using M3 screws and T-nuts. Do not tighten too much, yet. Mount the adapters here to the rails and then the aluminium that holds the bed using the M5 original screws.
Then test if it slides freely, else adjust a little as needing on the screws holding the rails in place to make sure it aligns itself nicely.

3 walls
3-4 bottom/top layers
20% infill of your choice
Use supports (e.g. tree/organic supports)

Version 2:
- Stengthened some parts slightly
- Bigger air intake hole for better suction
- Adjusted size to better fit inside the robot vacuums slot

Depending on your printers tolerances you may need to adjust the hole size a slight bit in the slicer. No supports needed.

If you find the original impeller difficult to remove, put two flathead screw drivers on either end and press it upwards. Its currently made to be a pressure fit on the axle as per the original

..Also, maybe its just me, but I think this one works a bit better than the original ;))

15-20% infill of your choice
print in PLA or whatever your filament of choice is

The "all in one" file contains all modules, the others are if you want to print them separately or do spares, or mod. You may need to orient them for printing.

This is a mod bundle for Ender 3 Pro allowing the use of magnets for partial hotend assembly and disassembly. But more over it allows the use and attachment of the direct drive humming bird extruder found here:

We're also converting to using a 5015 blower fan - a basic 5015 fan duct is included in the latest version. See assembly instructions for more details :)

Version 5 changes:
- Fanshroud “mounting plate” has been trimmed to appropriate length
- Rounded cut-out on fanshroud for better cable management of the cables coming from the hotend
- Combines 2 previously separate modules into 1 making assembly easier
- 2x extruder mounting holes have been given a “fillet” (rounded) edge for easier assembly
- Slight strength improvements within various parts of the fanshroud
- URLs in assembly instructions have been fixed

Version 4 changes:
- Easier mounting of direct drive mount to fanshround
- Improved clearances for mounting holes of the original fanshroud
- Includes a simple 5015 fanshroud that needs no support to print as a friction fit
- Improved clearance for the hotend inside the fanshroud 
- Improved(?) assembly instructions on final mounting procedure :)

Some Creality Spider hotends are slightly taller than the standard one. This spacer combined with 2 M3x10 or 12mm screws are used to extend teh reach of the CR touch to fit these new hotends.

I suggest using ASA or similar filament, 100% infill. No support needed but a brim is helpful.

NOTE! Still in development! Changes may occur.
