A collection of plastic parts for the rear viper motor of a Hyundai I30 2009-ish model I had one that was seized and the plastic parts brittle, cracked, broken or all of the above. So here we are :)

Please note that the one with cutouts on the side needs to be printed in a flexible filament. E.g. TPU. Since it acts as a seal.

The other ones need a rigid, strong and functional filament. E.g. ABS, PC-ABS, Nylon or something equivalent. Preferably something you can lightly sand and later grease to lighten the load on the motor.

Recommended print settings: 0.12 layer height 5 walls 35% infill 5 top and bottom layers Use supports

TPU part: 2-3 walls 35% infill 3 top and bottom layers
