PokeDeck: 3D-Printed Poké Ball-Inspired Deck Boxes Take your TCG battles to the next level with the PokeDeck series—deck boxes inspired by your favorite Poké Balls! From this classic Poké Ball; the sleek Premier Ball to fan-favorite designs like the Ultra Ball, Love Ball, Timer Ball, Cherish Ball, and even Team Rocket’s signature style—these deck boxes are designed to stand out at any match or collector's display.

Each PokeDeck is designed to hold:

A full 60-card sleeved deck

A Pokémon coin (stored in a front-facing coin pocket)

Damage counter dice, a standard die, and 2 special condition markers (stored in a hidden top compartment)

No AMS? No problem! These print-friendly designs are single-color compatible and require only minimal CA glue for final assembly. Appliqué detailing brings each ball’s personality to life without overcomplicating the print process.

Assembly Instructions

Lower Body (Deck and Coin Holder)

Center Body (Locks the top half in place)

Step-by-Step Assembly

Attach the Center Body to the Upper Body:

Snap the Center Body firmly into the Upper Body.

Install the Lid:

Insert hinge rods/pins to secure the lid onto the upper body.

If the hinge rods/pins are tight, lightly sand the hinge pins radially for better fit and motion.

Glue the Button:

Apply a small amount of CA glue to the knob on the center section.

Press the button into place. Allow to fully cure.

Apply Appliqués (if applicable):

Make sure the lid is open during gluing/curing to avoid damaging the appliqué or accidentally gluing the lid shut.

Apply ca glue to the back of the appliqués. Only apply a small amount near the edges of the appliqués as excess glue may seep out and mar the surface.

Load the Storage Compartments:

Open the top lid if not already open.

Insert your damage counters, die, and special condition markers into the compartment.

Snap shut to close securely.

Finish Assembly:

Place your 60-card sleeved deck into the lower Body.

Insert a Pokémon coin into the front coin pocket.

Align the Completed top Section with the Lower Body.

Press down gently until the center catch snaps into place, locking the deck box securely.

Print Notes All designs are AMS-free, optimized for single-color printers.

Appliqués allow for color customization without multi-material support.

Minimal use of CA glue ensures ease of assembly and long-term durability.
