Here is a Switch style dock for the Steam Deck. This was first modeled to allow the Anker USB C dock to slide into the side of the unit tightly to allow plugging and unplugging of peripherals. The HDMI, SD card slots and PD ports all face into the dock to keep the presentation of the Dock clean. There are two versions each with different amounts of clearances for the Steam Deck in case you don't want to risk scratching your deck. Each model has a port for the air intake from the Steam Deck and can be modified to attach a cooling fan if one so desires.
Steam Deck Low Tolerance: This has a 20mm interior to allow the Steam Deck to rest inside of. Depending on your printer, you may experience inconsistencies so be sure to sand the interior. Dock will rest snug between the touch pads of the Deck to minimize movement and further scratching. The Anker dock slot is modeled as tight as I could make it so there will be no movement of the dock during play time or while plugging in peripherals.
Steam Deck High Tolerance: This model has a 25mm opening to allow for the addition of padding such as rubber feet, felt or fabric to really minimize the opportunity for scratches. The Anker dock slot was also widened slightly to allow for printer inconsistencies or to prevent scratches to the Anker dock.
Generic Variants: These versions have the same tolerances as the other two models but removes the Anker dock slot and adds a 4th wall for stability/rigidity.
If you don't want to print with supports, you can cut the model and glue the two pieces together which will save you materials and time.
