Organic Parametric Shelf V2 by Arcforms — I designed this shelf with a modern, organic aesthetic and a parametric structure, combining elegance and functionality to elevate any space with a unique, sculptural form. Over the years, I've created numerous parametric designs, and I thought it would be great to make these designs available for 3D printing. More similar designs will be available soon. – Jurgien, Arcforms Designer"

These parametric designs are on the rise. Similar products, usually made of wood, sell for thousands of dollars. We aim to bring these unique designs from the CNC router world into the 3D printing world so you can create premium products.

Description

This product comes with multiple options:

A full solid body model that can be scaled and printed as desired. A second solid model divided into six parts for 30x30cm cutting are and above, which can also be scaled to meet your requirements. A final option where each part is separated and printed independently. This includes a 9-wall base model consisting of 112 shelf components and a 9-piece wall mount, designed to be compatible with most 3D printers featuring a 20x20 cm print area.

Assembly requires 18 M3 screws to secure the wall mount and glue to attach the shelf pieces to the mount. You can scale the files as desired. Feel free to contact us if you have any requests to modify them.

Dimensions

The files are scalable to any size you prefer. Scale the files in Z axis to make the shelf area bigger.

The Current size available with the files is: 178x33x15 cm or Inches. You will need 4-6kg of filament depending on the wall thickness and infill. Each part is measuring 8mm in thickness

Make it with roughly 8kg of pla, had to glue each individual plate, maybe something with a screw that can be placed on the top side of each plate would make it easier to mount and more flexible, nice render but it's more for the design, I don't think it can handle even moderate force on plate it would make them pop off the base, that's my tough

I like the Design, great Job. I think about to print it with PLA MATTE, is not shiny like PETG.

nice job🤩! what parameters do u recommend for a 22x22 printer? walls? fill? I want something similar to the images

It is very cool looking, but what makes it "parametric"? Just being able to scale something does not mean it is parametric.

The design process makes it parametric. What you see is the final product.
