Rosewill ACA502B ATX Tower Feet Replacement
🖥 Rosewill ACA502B Reinforced ATX Tower Feet Replacement
📝 Introduction
The original feet on the Rosewill ACA502B ATX tower are a weak point in an otherwise solid case design. The factory feet are prone to cracking, especially if the case is moved or transported roughly. Heat exposure and repeated stress over time may also contribute to the failure of the original plastic design.
I redesigned these feet from the ground up with durability and long-term reliability in mind. This replacement design is a near 1:1 reproduction of the original foot while improving the areas where the factory design falls short.
The goal was not simply to create a replacement, but to create a stronger, more reliable version that preserves the original case functionality while improving structural integrity.
🔧 Design Details
Every detail of the original design has been carefully accounted for, including:
Accurate reproduction of the original foot dimensions
Matching rivet locations and mounting geometry
Side panel insert slot compatibility
Preserved pivot pin design to prevent twisting
Improved stability so the feet remain straight and aligned under load
Original 3mm mounting screw compatibility
Unlike the original design, this version has been reinforced using stronger materials and improved geometry to better withstand movement, installation stress, and everyday use.

Depending on the orientation you need or if you just want to print two of each, you have options.
I also added a 12mm x 12mm square recessed area underneath the foot to accommodate anti-skid pads. This provides improved grip and vibration reduction while keeping the pad securely positioned.
If you use a different size anti-skid pad, please contact me. I would be happy to modify the design to accommodate other pad sizes.
