Rebel Alicorn Designs – Commercial License Terms:

Eligibility All members with an active, paid "Merchant Tier" subscription to Patreon or Thangs are granted a commercial license to sell Rebel Alicorn Designs' physical 3D prints.

Permitted Sales You may sell physical prints on any platform (online or in person). Sales at craft fairs, markets, and vendor shows are allowed. Sales are limited to small-scale, personal business operations.

Restrictions No dropshipping or fulfillment through third‑party manufacturers. No mass production or factory-style manufacturing. No resale, wholesale, or distribution of prints to third‑party retailers, distributors, or manufacturers.

Digital files may not be shared, sold, traded, gifted, or redistributed in any form.

Authorized Seller Badge All Merchant Members will recieve anAuthorized Seller Badge, Stand, and picture to display on listings or booths, indicating compliance with these terms. You do not have to display all of them, but at least one.

License Termination If your paid subscription ends or is canceled, you must immediately cease all commercial sales of Rebel Alicorn Designs prints.

Upon termination, the license reverts to personal use only.

Rebel Alicorn Designs reserves the right to revoke the license at any time for violations of these terms.

Ownership All designs remain the intellectual property of Rebel Alicorn Designs. Purchase or subscription grants a license to sell physical prints only; no ownership rights are transferred.

Early Access - You will have the designs available up to two weeks before I release them to the public on whichever platform I choose.

Archive - In order to maintain fairness to the long-term subscribers, I have chosen to archive the older files. New subscribers will receive a 50% discount on the Thangs Store.

Terms & Conditions All designs created by Rebel Alicorn Designs are protected under copyright.

You may not sell, share, gift, trade, alter, remix, or redistribute any digital files downloaded from any platform where Rebel Alicorn Designs is available.

Merchants Tier Members are the only members authorized to sell physical 3D prints only.

Please credit Rebel Alicorn Designs and reference Patreon, Thangs, Facebook, or Instagram when selling physical prints.

Upon termination or cancellation of your subscription, the commercial license immediately reverts to personal use, and you must cease all commercial sales of Rebel Alicorn Designs' physical prints.

Dropshipping through third-party manufacturers and mass production are strictly prohibited.

Memberships and designs are non-refundable.
