Extruder test transition

Updated transition model for my extruder test to detect a range of issues in a single print (the preview above is broken). For details see my inconsistent extrusion articles.

PrusaSlicer and Bambu Studio files with all custom settings provided for easier printing. Do keep all settings when switching to another printer profile.
