PFEIFER | Mini Power Whistle
PFEIFER | Mini Power Whistle
Meet PFEIFER, a tiny but very very powerful pebble-shaped whistle.
It takes only 10g to print and is available in 2 sizes, Regular and Mini, and a variety of tones:
- Regular in mid-tone 2.5KHz
- Regular in high-pitch 4KHz
- Regular in dual tone (2.5KHz + 3.5KHz)
- Mini in high-pitch 4KHz
- Mini in mid-tone 2.5KHz
Our cute rescue dog responds surpisingly well to the 4KHz.
Don't mind the print quality on the pictures. I live in Taiwan (but I'm French.. long story..) and raining season just kicked. It's so humid it's almost impossible to get my prints right.
Anyway... Happy printing!
V2 UPDATE: The keyhole on V1 versions was a bit too small, so was enlarged on V2.
DIMENSIONS (Regular) | W 35 mm x D 15 mm x H 50 mm
DIMENSIONS (Regular) | W 30 mm x D 15 mm x H 36 mm

All STL files are already oriented properly.
Infill: 20% Wall line count: 2 Resolution: 0.2~0.3mm/layer or less (the bases in the pictures were printed in 0.2mm/layer) Build adhesion type: Brim 4mm Supports: None

Looks good! I recommend using a brim at the base to anchor the model strongly to the bed.
Yea, I used a large brim to print them, but my zoffset wasn't that good, retuned it and now I've printed 4 of them without issues.
One of them was muffled though. I cleaned it with a small pipe cleaning brush and a tooth pick with interdental brush. Sound way better, probably some inside stringing.
Nice whistle, easy to produce and fast,,had no issues what so ever..Thanks for sharing!
Glad you like it! Post a picture of your make if you have a minute to spare!
I am not seeing your copyright license on this. I work for a school and we sell 3D prints as part of a fundraiser for our student FBLA chapter. I want to honor copyright, so wanted to check if we could sell models we print.
Hi! I put this model for free, without copyright. So you can sell prints of those whistles if you want. But cannot resell the STL file though!
