3D PRINT SETTINGS: All STL files are already oriented properly. It can be printed with either a 0.4 or 0.8mm nozzle.
You need to print 2 parts: • a base • a bowl
BASE: The base prints upside down. To get the gyroid mesh that allows the fruits to breath, you need to cancel the top and bottom layers, only keep the walls and the gyroid infill.
For 0.8mm nozzle: • use 0.3mm/layer • 2 wall perimeters • gyroid infill at 30%
For 0.4mm nozzle: • use 0.2mm/layer • 2 wall perimeters • gyroid infill at 30% to 40% (adjust as needed) • gyroid line width: 0.6mm • first layer line width: 0.6mm
Add some fuzzy skin to add some surface texture: • fuzzy skin point distance: 0.4mm • fuzzy skin thickness: 0.25mm.
BOWL The model appears full, that's normal. You need to "empty it" by canceling the top and bottom faces (top and bottom layers set to 0).
Set the layer height to 0.3mm. (ignore the warning if it says you cannot go over 0.28mm/layer)
For 0.8mm nozzle, use 2 to 3 perimeter walls. (2 is breathier, but 3 prints a little nicer)
For 0.4mm nozzle, use 4 perimeter walls.
Layer height: 0.3 mm Top layers: 0 Bottom layers: 0 Infill: none Build adhesion type: None Supports: None
For Bambu Lab users, make sure to:
- set "wall generator" to "arachne".
Happy printing!
