Milky Way Desk lamp

Greetings!

I'm excited to present you with my Milky Way Desk Lamp. This unique piece is sure to add a celestial glow to your workspace.

Here's what you'll need to assemble this lamp: a lamp socket and a bulb. I personally prefer a multicolored LED bulb, but the choice is yours. Please note, i designed this lamp specifically for this lamp socked ton ebay. You can make your own version, it just involves more effort because the parts might not fit.

On to the print settings:
For this project, you only need to print the files which are numerically labelled.

Milky Way: Opt for a 0.4 mm nozzle. Alternatively, set your print to a line height of 0.2 mm and a width of 0.4 mm. Be aware that the domes can be challenging to print. I recommend reducing the print speed to 50% when you reach layer 670. Use 100% infill with concentric infill, or adjust your wall count to a high figure, such as 40. For material, any basic white PLA should suffice. I've found that Sunlu White PLA+ gives great results. Please steer clear of matte or glitter materials as they won't produce the desired effect. The good news is, you won't need any supports!

Holder: Unlike the Milky Way part, you'll need to print the holder with supports.

Hanging Planter

**A creative hanging planter for your home or garden.**

**What you need:**
- The 3d printed thing
- Yarn with about 3mm in diameter (can be flax, hemp, whatever)

Print direction: stl is rotated correctly, check images
Support: none
Nozzle size: 0,4 mm
Line width: 0,4 mm
Layer height 0,2 mm – 0.28 mm
Outer walls: 3
Infill: 15%
Build plate adhesion type: brim

Watertight printing - If you have a well set up machine it comes automatically - Otherwise here are some tips: Increase your wall count (at least 3), level your bed nicely, decrease print speed, increase layer height (at least 0.2mm), check your seam quality, calibrate your e-steps and fine tune your retraction settings to make sure no holes appear after a layer change.
