Hextraction - open sauce tile v4.stl

Tile for hextraction! Designed at Open Sauce 2023! Design is finnicky so may need a smaller nozzle but should work! I am going to see if i can persuade someone at opensauce to actually print it off but i doubt i will be able to!
Working on a laptop and using the trackpad for designing this was hell so please give it some love.

I am hoping that the angle of the board will allow the balls to be flung up and then roll into one of the holes! 
I may have to do another version where it is shorter than a normal tile so when its placed the balls don't just roll out of the top of the game. 

Hextraction Mutagen Tile

"I didn't make any static effect tiles, and you shouldn't either."

This is the Mutagen tile for Zack Freedman's open source marble board game Hextraction. It's a static effect that a) only adds options rather than removing them, b) only acts locally, and c) is small enough to be printed on the tile and not require a card. Those were my design limitations, and I hope that it's lead to a static effect that's simple and memorable enough not to cause decision fatigue.

While the Mutagen tile is on the board, any tile touching it can be overwritten by new tiles. It's a good way to get rid of an annoying blocker, or more, but watch out -- its ability doesn't affect itself, so any new tile going down around it might be short lived.

The design is intended to evoke both caution striping and the double helix of a DNA molecule.

Working on tweaking the design to make the lettering more readable.

Hextraction - Slowdown Tile

I haven't found a good effect-less tile to slow balls down so I decided to add this very simple tile to the Pacifist Run pack. If you've seen the Clone Army tile, the base of that is actually this STL.

Hextraction - Tactical Discard Tile

It's really hard to throw a curveball in this game so I designed a tile that curves the ball manually.

On play - Play the rest of your hand as well and redraw back to 3 tiles. 

Limit - Cannot be played if there are less than 3 open slots on the board.

Hextraction - Landslide Tile

The board is collapsing! Unfortunately Hextraction doesn't (yet) have flood control engineers so you're at the mercy of this tile.

On play: Take the tile above this one and place it somewhere lower on the board. Do not change its orientation.

Limit: Must be played directly below another tile.

Hextraction - Ascent Tile

Climb the board with the chaotic but strategic Ascent tile! I had the idea for this tile after seeing the Backrooms tile in Zack Freedman's catalog, but I like this version better. 

Trigger: Teleport a ball to any of the outputs on the topmost Ascent tile. If there is only one Ascent tile on the board, it counts as the topmost Ascent time.
