Filament-Cutter-Base-Module V4

This is another attempt for a Filament-Cutter Base module without servo. A bit more refined than my previous model.
For this gadget to work, you'll also need the Push-Pin mounted somewhere on the 3D-Printer frame at the right position. Unfortunately, there's no "one-size-fits-all" solution to this. The shown Push-Pin will fit on a Creality CR-10 Smart gantry without modification though.
