When you fit into the intersection of:
- Needing to attend a blacktie wedding,
- Are too lazy OR don't care enough to order/buy a set of tuxedo studs, and
- Have a 3D printer at your disposal This is the model for you.
Inspired by The Tuxedo studs by JD2jr here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2812923 that I was having trouble printing, these can be printed fat-side-down so you can transfer any surface finish (I'm looking at you, diffraction grating sheets (I my usual mirror/glass)).
These studs print perfectly fine (at least on my Artillery Sidewinder X1) without supports.
They are 10mm in diameter at the front, with a slight bevel to a 9mm actual front surface. The thin back side is 8.5mm so they may fit through the shirt button holes.
Hope this helps out some wanna-be-penguin (like me) ;-P
