Blu-tac it or use double sided tape to mount it to your wall. Doesn't need support. This is optimized to use as little material as possible, so you can get these printed very quickly, took me 40 minutes per pair and can probably be quicker.

Update from original: 
Replaced the M10 coupler with dragon's grove mount coupler, which I believe has less play. 
Also features a waffle pattern at the bottom of the carrier plate. The pattern is experimental and intended to make the print a lot easier to remove. If it causes any print problems please let me know and use the No Waffle version. 

The stand-offs and the logo are exactly the same as the original.

Anycubic i3 Mega X-Carriage [MK4] Phaetus/Trianglelab Dragon V1.2

Update: 2020-11-28: I noticed some wear on the Teflon tubing so I tried some 4mm polished stainless steel rods and the friction is noticeably bigger. However, it works ok for relatively full spools, but lighter spools do not work well. 

Heavily inspired by the spool holders on Voron printers. Never seen PTFE being used for spool holding and I would like to give it a try. Designed to fit 4mm PTFE tubes and the stock I3 Mega S spool holder. My main concern is that the PTFE wouldn't be very wear-resistant, so I would like to try other materials such as polished stainless steel rods in the future. But if the Voron designers chose PTFE there must be a good reason. 

Just print both halves (they are slightly different to avoid interference with the holder) and slide them onto the holder. It is a tight fit so don't be afraid to play with scaling and horizontal expansion. 

Print with the flat side down, shouldn't need support. Material doesn't matter, I used 0 infill and 3 shells. 

Anycubic i3 Mega S PTFE Spool Stand

Modded the step file from an already excellent extruder to suit my needs. 

To build the exact extruder as pictured, you need to print all 4 parts (remember to mirror the end_plate and midsection) along with the mirrored version of the original M4 STLs (except the main body and the end plate since you'll be using this modified design). 

Modifications from the original:
Changed the end_plate mounting holes and hole position to accept M3 screws
Added an angled mounting bracket to allow the hatch to open while maintaining a small footprint
Altered the coupler design to a 3D printable one, which also has zero play because it uses ridges to clamp onto the PTFE tube. 
Removed the stud on the end_plate to suit my coupler design. 

Hardware needed:
2 M3 nylock nuts and 2 M3*12mm bolts to mount extruder to the mounting plate
2 M3 nuts, 1 M3*10mm bolt, and 1 M3*8mm bolt for the coupler. 

Print Instructions:
Use bridging, no supports needed, orientation is exactly as STL orientation. 
Use the Voron M4 print settings and material for end_plate, midsection, and ultra coupler; bracket works fine with any material but needs good bed adhesion (I used PETG). 

Anycubic i3 Mega/S Voron M4 Extruder Mod

These knobs just can't be torqued enough by hand, but I didn't want to damage them further by using channel locks either, so I designed this custom wrench just for them. Before you print the whole wrench, print the Knob test fit first to make sure the fit is right. You can adjust horizontal hole expansion to tune the fit of the knob. After you get the fit dialed, you can print Ver A4 Perfect.

I used some topology optimization and static analysis because why not.
