Brompton front wheel flap replacement

My Brompon is now almost 20 years old, so the originial flap desintegrated more and more. Tape couldn't repair it any more, so I designed a replacement and printed it out of TPU. I did not take it out for a test drive yet, but it looks pretty convincing.

I use a printer with a bowden setup. Printing flexible materials is tricky so it looked quite ugly because of a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot of stringing. You could sureley print it out of stiffer material, but I'm not so sure, if that would withstand a daily use and break someday.
