A recreation of GRID GD style wheel hub center cap with a region for your own plain text in the center as well as the FORD version I used for my vehicle with text stylized to match a 90's Explorer.

After printing I used filling and sand-able automotive primer, and flat black paint to give it the final look. I then threaded in 6 M16-1.0x12mm screws in the smaller outer holes and attached to the wheel with the original hex screws.

Print Settings (Core One L) Here are the settings I used to print on a Core One L.

Filament: Prusament Jet Black ASA Layer Height: 0.1mm Infill: Grid 25% Supports: Snug supports with 0.15mm and 1.2mm pattern spacing Ironing for top layers.

I also added additional perimeters around screw holes to guarantee enough plastic/strength to thread into.
