The Appelsians of Appelse Beta 32 in the Neinverse never suffered a cataclysmic world event that knocked them into a tidally-locked orbit around their system's sun, so half of their world has never been bleached by searing sun 24-7. They're just regular humanoid "people" still out to defeat and decimate their nearest world neighbour, the 85s, who are also still just non-mutated warring people. This Back Seat Driver Tank was developed by a creative soul who liked the idea of shooting everyone, even those people following behind you, while you trek on into enemy territory, blazing a path of destruction ahead and behind!
