Designed for easy printing and assembly, every detail captures that mischievous “Bart energy” with a dark twist.

Dimensions: At 100% scale, Zombie Bart stands about 5.9 inches (150 mm) tall. Scaling up shouldn’t cause any issues, but if you scale down, be mindful that tolerances may become too tight.

Print Profile: In addition to the multi-part version, you’ll find the head in AMS form, with the eyes, face, and brain ready to print.

Assembly Tips:

There is a notch on the right leg and the leg bone. These are located at the top of each part, and the notch should face forward. There is also a notch on the left arm that faces forward. When attaching the shirt, make sure to align the cutout on the green body inside the left arm hole. This ensures the left arm fits all the way in.

Assembly steps:

Attach the shorts to the green body using the pin. Slide on the red shirt, making sure it’s properly aligned. Look inside the left arm hole and ensure the cutout on the green body lines up. Attach the left leg, then the right leg. Make sure the right leg notch faces forward. Attach the leg bone, keeping the notch cutout at the top and facing forward, then attach the right foot. Attach the left arm, ensuring the notch cutout points forward. Attach the right arm, then build the axe and insert it into the right hand. Attach the brain to the head using the pin. Attach the left and right eyes. Insert the teeth, pressing firmly so they fit all the way in. Finally, attach the head to the body — and you’re all done!

All done! Zombie Bart is fully assembled and ready to wreak some undead havoc!With his exposed brain, missing arm, and trusty axe in hand, this mischievous troublemaker is back from the grave and up to no good.
