Butterfly Harlequin Mask, by Perihelion Prints

Ready to print and wear or display.

Available in one-colour and multi-colour versions!

This playful mask channels the trickster spirit. Its minimalist, faceless design lets your true self take wings.

Wearing this mask will conceal your self, your emotions, your identity.

What remains is up to you.

======

For attachment to head, use elastic cord or ribbon. For fitting, place the mask on your face, lining it up with your nose and the sides of your face.

Measure how much ribbon you'll need to go around your head, then add a bit more and cut two equal halves. Tie a knot at the end of each piece of cord, or glue one to each side of the mask, and use the leftover length to tie both pieces into a knot/bow behind or head. Or you can edit the file to come up with your own solution.

Scaled to fully cover large adult heads.

You may want to scale the mask down by 5-10% depending on the size of your head. And be prepared to do a test print to check the fit, especially around your eyes, nose, and chin.

Sculpted in Blender. STL and .blend files included. Dimensions in millimetres.

======

For multi-colour support, the mask is separated into the base and the eyes. You can print them separately and glue them together later, although they may be a tight/imperfect fit.

However, if you import both separate STLs into your slicer at the same time, provided you have a printer that supports multi-colour printing (like a multi-nozzle machine, or one with a tool-changer or MMU) it should let you group both parts into one assembly. From there, you can select which part should print with which colour, as shown in the preview images.

If you would like any help experimenting with multi-colour printing, send a message before or after making your purchase.
