Farfalla (Butterfly) Masquerade Mask
Farfalla (Butterfly) Masquerade Mask by Perihelion Prints
======
Based off traditional Venetian masquerade masks, often made with paper mache, this 3D printable version features a butterfly motif (farfalla is Italian for butterfly).
This graceful mask is suitable for masquerade parties, cosplay, or as part of a performance costume.
Scaled to fit most adult heads, although you may want to do a test print to confirm fit.
For attachment to head, use elastic cord or ribbon. For fitting, place the mask on your face, lining it up with your eyes and the sides of your face.
Measure how much ribbon you'll need to go around your head, then add a bit more and cut two equal halves. Tie a knot at the end of each piece of cord, or glue one to each side of the mask, and use the leftover length to tie both pieces into a knot/bow behind or head. Or you can edit the file to come up with your own solution.
Sculpted in Blender. STL and .blend files included. Dimensions in millimetres.
