This ring is designed to make it easy to attach a leash (Carabina) to a low kite/parawing bar. In theory, you can also use it for a harness line by printing two rings and placing one at the front and back of the bar. The ring can be moved along the bar as long as there is no tension on the leash. The inner diameter is 12 x 13 mm, which fits the first generation of GONG lowkites / parawings (and probably those of other manufacturers too).

Use & Limitations: I have not yet had the opportunity to test the ring extensively, so use it at youre own risk! In principle, the Lowkite / Parawing should fall down as soon as you pull the rear end of the bar. Not designed for heavy-duty use like kiteboarding.

Printing settings: Material: TPU Layer Height: 0.2 - 0.25 mm Infill: Rectangular, ~50% (adjust for flexibility) Print slow for best results Supports are not needed if printed flat (depends on your printer)

Assembly: Simply plug it onto the rear part of the bar from above (this is why the part has to be printed with TPU so that it is flexible). If hard materials are used, the rear bridle must be opened. If there is no pressure on the leash, the ring can simply be moved along the bar. As soon as it is pulled, the ring stays in place.
