Remix of Dewalt Battery Holder by Jerrari. I use the Pegboard Click - Multipoint Rail to mount mine, but any 2L rail insert should work just as well.

Which holder are you using to attach this to the board?
Sorry for the slow reply! I use the Pegboard Click - Multipoint Rail, but any of the 2L rail inserts should work.
printed several of these out and the recommended Pegboard Click Multipoint rail and simple, the rail is too loose on the battery holder. the battery simply falls off the mount. Nothing to do with my printer or the material - everything else is fitting fine but this is not working.
I pulled the rail cutout straight from the MB remix STLs, tolerances work fine off my printer (Ender 3 S1 Pro) but I suspect newer/better machines have less overshoot - same reason Jonathan started adding loose/regular/tight fit variants for the threaded bolts, don't know if there's anything similar planned for MultiPoint.
I do like rails for the convenience but there are a couple of bolt/snap-mounted options up on here as well.
How are you preventing the holder from sliding off the rail when removing the battery?
Haven't encountered this issue myself tbh. My printer's tolerance is tight enough on the rail and loose enough on the battery that everything stays where it's meant to.
If yours is too loose on the rail then my lazy fix would be a little dab of hot glue in the top of the holder's rail slot before you slide it on. That should keep it in place for normal use but you'd still be able to break the bond with a bit of force if you need to remove it.
