I bought this kit (https://www.ebay.com/itm/135150815235) to convert PS/2 mice to serial for vintage computers. It's an active adapter based on https://github.com/necroware/ps2-serial-mouse-adapter this open-source project. I needed a case to protect the circuit board.
I uploaded the Solidworks files, and the STLs.
