I am so very proud of this piece. It's another hybrid HueForge print that doesn't require any assembly, gluing or any sup ports to print. The image was sourced from RawPixel, and the vase was generated with Bambu's Make My Vase application.
It is a 10+ hour print and uses 8 filaments (if you print the vase version), 7 without the vase. So bed adhesion is important here, as is having a) 2 AMS or b) the patience to swap spools if you only have 1 AMS.
I have provided files for the print with the vase, and the print without the vase.
The 3MF file(s) have all the layer swaps already included in the file for those who use Bambu Studio/Bambu Lab printers. If you don't use Bambu, load the STL and follow the print instructions below:
Print Instructions:
- Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.04mm with a base layer of 0.2mm up until 1.80mm
- From 1.80mm, print at 0.16mm, with 3 walls, 3 tops and 3 bottoms - This is for the Vase portion of the print! If you do not print the vase version, ignore this!
Filaments Used:
- PLA Chrominal Serpent Green Transmission Distance: 8.2
- PLA CC3D Lemon Yellow Transmission Distance: 6.8
- PLA+ Overture Dark Blue Transmission Distance: 4
- PLA TECOR Light Blue Transmission Distance: 3.5
- PLA BambuLab Basic Red Transmission Distance: 5
- PLA Bambulab Beige Transmission Distance: 4.4
- PLA eSUn Cool White Transmission Distance: 2.7
- PLA Overture Sand Stone Transmission Distance 1.5 (only for the vase)
Swap Instructions:
- Start with Serpent Green
- At 0.64mm swap to Lemon Yellow
- At 0.68mm swap to Dark Blue
- At 0.8mm swap to Light Blue
- At 0.88mm swap to Red
- At 1.12mm swap to Lemon Yellow
- At 1.48mm swap to Beige
- At 1.52mm swap to Cool White - stop here if you're not printing the vase!
- At 1.80mm swap to Sand Stone (only for the Vase)
