This is a case for the Arducam OV5647. It was designed to fit on a Cam Boom for the Ender 3, though it should be trivial to make other holders that fit it.

The mounting hinge is sized for an M2 machine screw, and should be snug enough that a nut isn't needed, but can be used if desired.

This was designed in OpenSCAD, and the source files are included for ease of remixing. I'm not sure how consistent the tolerances on these cams are, and I only have one so it was designed to that.
