#DIY My idea is a pencil sharpener attached to a desk. I have the pencil sharpener attached to a clamp so the design can be used for most, if not all desks. I also think this design can be used for a more simple purpose, like a pencil holder. A lot of desks don’t have a pencil holder, and this design can be used for multiple purposes. It also limits distraction, and the amount of times you have to leave your seat in the classroom. I also like the idea of making it a manual pencil sharpener because electric pencil sharpeners make a lot of noise, and it might interrupt someone else speaking. I truly think this design would help students in school by creating an easier way to sharpen pencils.
