I printed the parts with 2 perimeters, 10% rectilinear infill and 0.2mm layer height.
I recommend splitting the flaps.stl in PrusaSlicer to fit smaller build plates. Right-click the object -> Split -> To Objects.
Add a color change for the first and last layer when printing the flaps.
