Printing:
I printed using matt black PLA with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer height. I've only included files for the right side. If you want the left side, just mirror the files in your slicer.

This is simply the bullseye duct slightly elongated so that it will fit a 40mm x 40mm x 20mm fan (e.g. the noctua). As standard it will only really fit a 10mm fan without blocking air flow. The 20mm fan pushes more air than a 10mm fan, allowing a quiet noctua fan to be installed without dropping airflow too much.

Nor do I guarantee that airflow, static pressure etc. is not affected. I am not an aerodynamics engineer. I just made it a bit longer. It still appears to work totally fine but may not be optimal if you like naval gazing.



Bullseye fan duct for 20mm deep fan (noctua etc.)

A replacement for the mainboard housing for the Ender 3 that allows you to keep all electronics in a single box cooled with a single 120mm fan. It will house the standard mainboard, a raspberry pi 2 (feel free to remix for a rpi3) and a buck converter for the 120mm fan. And it's way, way quieter than the stock 40mm and 50mm fans it replaces.

It's designed with two layers, the lower to house the psu, buck converter and the power socket and the next layer for the mainboard and raspberry pi. The 120mm fan is mounted with screw less adapters and can be popped off easily to access the mainboard and rpi.

I have tried to use as much original hardware and screws as possible. You just need to add five standard pc case screws.

Just print each part out and screw it together. go from the bottom layer, then middle layer, mount the adapters on the fan and then place the fan on top. Lastly, remove the screen from the stock mount and screw it in to the top cover.

Ender 3 Quiet Control Box

The landing pad bunker from Star Wars Rogue One, modelled by me using movie stills and behind the scenes images for reference.

It is designed to use foam board, foam or wood as the base of the structure and have all the detailed items 3d printed and glued on. However if you want to print the base you can.

Print out all parts and use superglue or plastic weld to glue it all together.

Fits the Hasbro Hero series Falcon but would probably fit other models with some adjustment.

X-Wing:
Fits the Rogue One X-Wing toy but would fit others with adjustment. Accepts 2mmx1mm magnets to attach to the toy (you need to embed magnets in the toy too).

Large Crate:
Print 1x everything apart from 4x Locating Pin. Place the flat sides down against the bed, no supports needed. Use plastic weld to glue all the pieces together


Troop Transport:
Print in one piece, minimal supports needed


Welding Cart:
This was not based on any real reference, just on the fact that Chewie is welding in a few shots.

Print in two pieces, use plastic weld to print. There are many files for welding bottles etc available elsewhere


Mainframe:
Seen in the background of many shots of the Hoth hangar bay. Print in one piece.


Hose End Cap:
Can be placed on the end of black/grey 1.75mm filament to make refuelling hose etc. Accepts 2mmx1mm magnet to attach to models etc.

I designed a mount for the bullseye accessory slot to the left of the fan duct. It should hold a standard cutter knife holder with a 11.5mm shaft. It allows some height adjustment to get the knife at just the right height.

Print at 45 degrees with the angled face flat to the bed. Some supports are needed for the circular part

This gives precision lift capability to a standard plunge router enabling it to be mounted under a table.

The hardware used will be very much dependant on the router model and table used. As an example, my silver line router had some convenient points in the aluminium base to drill some holes and, using a few washers, anchors the threaded rods nicely. your mileage may vary. The only 3D printed part that needs specific hardware is the metric 8mm quad-start 2mm pitch lead screw. This is the same as used by most 3D printers Z axis lead screws so should be readily and cheaply available. (I would suggest getting a 500mm instead of the 300mm I bought as this would reach all the way up to the router base and not need the 3mm threaded rod coupled on to it like mine. I will be replacing mine at some point.)

The basic premise is one side of the arm is 'stationary' and another is designed to move up and down on a turning lead screw. The lead screw needs to be mounted at the router base end to allow rotation but also to allow pivoting (as the arm arc will cause the bottom end of the lead screw to move in and out). I used a convex washer for this. Also, to mount the threaded rod to the rocker arm, the included axles should be glued in once in place in the rocker arm. I used plastic weld to provide a very strong bond. But be careful it doesn't get onto the rocker arm as this would stop it from pivoting correctly.

So hardware goes as follows, top to bottom:

Router Table Lift for plunge router

I lost my cockpit piece while disassembling and needed to model a new one. While I was there I made the windows open so the interior can be seen.

There are two versions, one whole piece and split left and right for easier printing (horizontal layer lines sanded out easier for me and left a better finish).
