I am batting around 300 with your items. i have printed on a kobra s1 and p1s both had a 40% failure on items on bed. last night i went to bed with kobra s1, kobra s3, sovol sv06aceplus, bambu p1s i woke up this morning about $20 lighter as hardly anything printed. every bed was full of spagetti world. every bed was sprayed with hair spray and all proper settings. i had just finished a 38 hour print of the p1s feel like this is a waste of money
Hey,
If your prints are coming loose mid-print, it’s more often than not due to poor bed adhesion. As the print grows, stress on the base increases, so even small adhesion issues early on can lead to full print failure.
All of our designs are tested across a range of printers (including the P1S), and we consistently get reliable results using standard print settings.
We’ve listed some quick tips below – if you're still running into issues, feel free to DM us on Thangs - we're happy to help!
1. Clean your bed thoroughly – even small amounts of dust, or even hairspray/glue buildup can seriously reduce adhesion.
2. Re-run your first layer calibration – even a slightly too-high nozzle can lead to poor first-layer grip.
3. Print one item at a time while troubleshooting – this helps isolate issues and prevents a single failure from ruining the whole plate.
4. Use a brim or raft – the added surface area can greatly improve adhesion and print reliability.
