Dragon Box FV1

The Dragon Box FV1 is a unique fold-open storage box designed for fantasy lovers. The lid opens on both sides, revealing a hidden compartment perfect for storing jewelry, keepsakes, D&D dice, or other small treasures. It makes a magical and thoughtful gift!

• Supports: None required; ignore slicer warnings.
• Infill: 10% (can be reduced if needed).
• Print Orientation: Print in place as shown in the images.
• Size: Do not resize. For custom sizing, feel free to contact me.

• Magnets: Four 10mm x 2mm magnets to secure the box and cover.
• Glue: Super glue for attaching magnets and wood glue for securing the box to the bottom cover.

1. Paint First: Paint all parts before assembly for a polished finish.
2. Attach Magnets: Use super glue to fix the magnets into the slots provided.
3. Glue the Box: Apply wood glue to attach the box to the bottom book cover.
4. Secure with Tape: Close the lid and wrap the entire box with masking tape to hold everything in place while drying.

Allow the glue to dry completely before use.

• Internal Compartment Height: 33mm.
• Finish: The model in the images features a hand-painted design.

I use artist-grade paints for all my models, and my go-to brand is Atelier. For this model, I used Copper (Micaceous) and Raw Umber(2 coats). I’m not affiliated with Atelier; it’s simply the paint I prefer. However, feel free to use any high-quality artist paint or whatever works best for your style! I've used gloss varnish on the copper parts only.
