This is an "S" shaped hook that I designed in a few minutes to fix an issue my 5 year old daughter had.
The internal diameters are 30mm but the attached Fusion 360 file has editable parameters so all of these can be changed to suit your need.
When printing I recommend 4 or 5 walls - it depends on what they're going to carry. You could get away with 2 walls if you don't have to hang anything heavy from them.
I also recommend something like 30% infill.
