It turns out you can print pretty good guitar picks with the right filaments! I tested various materials and found PC to be the most durable, with ABS and PETG-CF also working quite well. For those tests I designed this wild collection of picks that come in a ton of variations. Choose your thickness, grippiness, and number of materials (between 1 and 4), and get wild with it! Printing Guidelines
The multicolor parts are designed for use with multi-material printers. I used the BambuLab X1C and AMS along with BambuLab filaments.
Print solid, 0.12mm - 0.16mm layer height, 2 shells, ironing on top surfaces (optional)
