3D model designed to mount a screen lightbar on any 3D printer with V/T-slot aluminum extrusion, specially modelled for 2020 aluminum extrusions. Created to fit Quntis Monitor Light Bars.
To set up the model, you will require four M4x16 screws, two M4 T-nuts, two M4 nuts, and a Quntis Monitor Light Bar. The model's print settings are customizable to your printer's specifications. It was initially printed on a Tevo Tarantula printer using the Ultimaker Cura Slicer. The model is built for three wall perimeters at a resolution of .2mm, with an infill between 15-20% and does not require additional supports. The filament of choice was the OVERTURE PLA Filament 1.75mm, known for its high quality.
A vital printing note is that the arm mount should be printed upright to avoid using extra supports.
