After dozens of hours of design, testing, and iteration, I present the Primaris Space Marine - Poseable Action Figure.

This model set is a faithful fan-made recreation of a Primaris Space Marine in Tacticus configuration, designed with accurate proportions, realistic articulation, and a strong focus on poseability. The articulation system is based on soozafone’s Dummy 13 1.0 platform, modified to create a realistic and robust Space Marine action figure.

Pose it, paint it, animate it, customize it — it’s entirely up to you.

Print a single marine, build a squad, or assemble an entire army. The models can also be scaled up or down depending on your preference, allowing you to create anything from desk-scale display pieces to larger articulated figures.

This project will continue evolving over time with additional accessories, armour variants, and upgrades, so make sure to check back occasionally for future updates.

Recommended Materials

Internal Frame / Structural Components

• ABS (highly recommended)
• ASA (highly recommended)
• PETG (acceptable if ABS/ASA is unavailable)

These materials provide the best durability and flexibility for joints and articulated components.

Armour Components & Accessories

• PLA
• Any rigid material with good surface finish

Gray PLA is especially recommended if you plan to paint the armour pieces like miniatures.

The example model shown in the images was painted without sanding, but sanding and surface preparation will significantly improve the final finish if desired.

IMPORTANT

The included .3mf files already contain manually painted supports.

However, support painting information is only fully preserved when using Creality Print. If you want to avoid manually placing supports yourself, using Creality Print is highly recommended.

If you choose to use another slicer, some parts will still require supports. Please inspect all files carefully and add supports where necessary before printing.
