This part inside the handle of my cabin bag broke after almost a decade of use! The suitcase brand is "Leisure" in the carry on size.

See attached picture of failure mode. Reinforced the failure zone by adding a very small amount of extra material. The housing has plenty of room to reinforce further if needed. I don't imagine it'll fail anytime soon.

As always, super simple to 3d print.

.4 mm nozzle .2 mm layers 4 walls/perimeters 10% infill is probably overkill, but helps get a nice top layer 4 solid top and bottom layers
