This 1/20 scale “print-in-place” folding chair can be printed with single or dual color printers.

For your first print, select from “Tight Tolerance” files. Set a layer height of 0.2mm or less and print as oriented with no support. Once finished, twist the back and front of the chair apart so that the chair can be folded or locked in the seated position.
If the pieces are stuck together and can’t be separated, try one of the “Loose Tolerance” versions. These files are less likely to get stuck but might be a bit more wiggly.
This model is part of the “Print and Grow” design collaboration with 3DPrintBunny (https://thangs.com/designer/3dprintbunny). Over time each of us will design pieces of furniture and other household items to create a fun, and sometimes silly, printed home. Download the set or design your own and tag us on social media!
