This Expansion Pack includes two tray sizes to fit different printers and spaces, with sleeves for both 32mm and 30mm rods.

Note: Requires wooden rods or the CHOIS Starter Kit to build the complete system.

📦 WHAT'S INCLUDED

• 5 STL files — trays and sleeves for both sizes • 2 × 3MF project files — pre-configured with recommended print settings (Small and Large, Bambu Studio)

📐 CHOOSE YOUR SIZE

Two tray sizes are included. Print the one that fits your space — and the matching sleeve for your rod size.

【Large Tray — Ø250mm】 Requires a 256 × 256mm build plate or larger. Sleeves available for Ø32mm and Ø30mm rods.

【Small Tray — Ø175mm】 Fits Bambu Lab A1 mini, Prusa MINI+, and most standard printers. Sleeves available for Ø32mm and Ø30mm rods.

→ Match your tray size and rod diameter when choosing your sleeve.

🔧 ASSEMBLY

No screws. No glue.

1. Slide the sleeve onto the vertical wooden rod.
2. Position it at your preferred height.
3. Slide the tray down until it rests on the sleeve.

Done.

⚙️ PRINT SETTINGS

• Material: PLA or PETG PLA works well for most home environments — it's what we use ourselves. If your space gets very warm in summer (near windows, direct sunlight, or hot climates), PETG adds extra peace of mind. • All parts print flat — no supports needed. • Printing dark filaments? Use 6 top shell layers to prevent the infill pattern from showing through. • Full settings are included in the 3MF files.
