This spool holder fits any 4040 aluminum base 3D Printer. The design can fit on an Ender 3 bed. I printed it at 0.28 and 10% infill and it holds a full spool of filament just fine.

First non-calibration print with my E3v2 and it came out GREAT. Used a bit more infill for some extra stability, but the parts screwed together perfectly and I was able to insert into the 4040 rail without any sanding or other finish. Literally "Print and Use". Thank you!

To get the the parts flat use Prusa Slicer to separate the objects then select the face you want flat. After that you can save the plate or the individual files as an STL.
needed supports for the arm. Didnt mention it on youtube video
Print it flat, no supports needed.
I dropped the model 1mm or 5 0.2mm layers and layer 1 has everything where it should be. We loose 1mm on the arm, nothing on the spool holder.
Nice design, but your downloadable model seems to have the stand at a higher height than the reel holder, so if you slice the STL as is there's a bunch of "support" material under the arm.
