This Medical-Mask Sealer should help to improve the air sealing of the simple and cheap medical masks. Especially for those with rather small or narrow head shape! Easy and fast (~6min) to print!

It reduces the airflow along the cheek and more air is actually filtered through the mask itself.

Please follow the threading instructions! (Community Uploads) The strap should press the leveler part of the sealer outwards (!) therefore compress the wrinkles of the face mask. - Best preformed in front of a mirror for the first couple times. The sealer should be tightened as far to the front as possible. It can be adjusted while wearing.

If you do not have a printer, this sealer could also be cut from stiff plastic or carton board.
