This widget is used to lock helmets to the luggage receptacle on the Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello. Simply hook the D-rings to the lock, push the lock into the hole then latch the seat. To unlock, use the key to unlatch the seat.

Yamaha XT350 Valve Adjustment Tool YM-04106

This tool is untested - use at your own risk!

My attempt at copying Yamaha tool YM-04106. It is used to create a gap between the camshaft and valve buckets. This should allow you to replace the valve shims without removing the camshafts.

I often buy used furniture that is missing dowel nuts (aka barrel nuts). This holder allows me to use a standard hex-nut for the same function. Recommend printing these in a material with good layer adhesion such as PETG or PC.

Parametric Dowel Nut (Barrel Nut) Holder

I made this little ear saver a long while back with the intention of making them fast to print, flexible, durable, and compact (for packing more into a build plate). I have given out thousands of these at work and they perform very well, usually lasting more than a week of daily use.

I always print these in PETG with all infill patterns set to concentric and 100% infill.

Updated to v2 Sept 9th 2020. Changes made to make the arms longer and lower the profile of the assembly.

This is a quick adjuster for the forks on a Kawasaki Z900RS. It is a print-in-place design so will require a well tuned printer. I printed in PLA with supports from the build-plate only and it came out fine on the first print.

The non-printed parts needed for a pair of these are:
 - 2 flat tip 1/4" hex bits.
 - 4 M3x5mm screws.

The image shows the bit sticking up out of the adjuster. This excess length can be ground down. I also made a lower profile version, but I have not tested it.

Z900RS Fork Adjuster

These little plates are intended to funnel the sound from the speakers toward the user. They are attached to the laptop with high strength double-sided tape. Overall, these improve the audio when the computer is on my lap, which is the purpose.

I put a BSD license on this thing, so do whatever the hell you'd like with it. :-)

UPDATE: I have made another version of this part that is thicker and sturdier than the original, which may improve the performance. This additional thickness may cause the rubber pads on the bottom of the laptop to not make contact on flat surfaces.

Lenovo T440 Speaker Funnel Thingy

This thing is a replacement part for some models of LG portable air conditioner. The type of nozzle that connects to this part it is shown here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2608955.

I recommend printing the adapter.stl and end.stl files first, then measure the gap between them when installed. After this you can print the number/size of spacers needed to fill the gap. Simply adjust the length of the spacers in your slicing software to get the perfect fit.

LG Air Conditioner Window Adapter

This thing is an adapter/mount to secure an Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X and Unifi Switch 8 150W in a 19-inch 1U rack slot. The mount can be installed to either side of the switch. The EdgeRouter X has to have the rubber pads removed to fit into the slot where it is secured with two M3x6mm screws and washers.
