I bought a used Scroll Saw from a friend who was moving out of town. I turned it on and a drive link broke within minutes! It is cheap pot metal and must have gone bad with age. I checked and the manufacturer stopped making the part years ago. I modeled a new (hopefully stronger) part in Fusion 360.
I printed this on an Ender 3v2. I used PLA, probably better in PETG or ABS. I set the wall thickness to 6 and the top and bottom to 5. 40% infill. It feels pretty strong. If it breaks, I'll make another!
