Erector Q Style Airsoft Suppressor (Tool ONLY)

This is an adaptor to allow the fitting of silencers or barrel extensions to the TM VSR10 Pro (Not Gspec) or JG BAR 10.

I have also designed in an installation tool to make it easier to thread onto the barrel.

I have not tried this file on a VSR as sadly I no longer own one however the dimensions where taken from a left over adaptor I still have.

This was mostly a thought experiment but will hopefully be useful to someone.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
I would recommend 4 walls for both parts and at least 50% infill for the adaptor itself, the tool will likely only need 15% (so long as you don't use your monkey strength to tighten the adaptor down)

PLA+ or better for material

The adaptor will need supports, the tool will likely print fine with the large face on the print bed.

TM VSR10/JG BAR10 Suppressor Adaptor + Tool

This file is to replace the mounts the come with the Z-Tactical Comtac mounting kit for Arc rails. I found the ones that came with the set where flimsy and kept popping out of the rails, I also snapped off the adjustment ears facepalm

This may or may not work with other headsets but I am currently using this on my own helmet and it works flawlessly.

Uses the original mounting screws.

This is a flash hider of my own design combining elements from various popular flash hiders found in popular video games. Would it work IRL??? Probably not!!!

This has a 14mm CCW thread that allows fitting to airsoft replicas ONLY!!! Any attempts to fit this flash hider replica to anything other than airsoft replicas will likely result in injury!!!

Along with the main flash hider there are shim files to allow you to "time" or align to your barrel in the correct orientation, use 1 or several of these in combination to get the best fit. A rubber O-Ring would also suffice.

Please note that none of my flash hider files are 100% accurate in any way and are my interpretation of pre-existing designs.

I recommend using adaptive layer height if you can otherwise the finest that your printer can handle.

This file has not been tested however if threads seem tight I would recommend the use of a 14mm CCW tap to open them out.

This is a flash hider/muzzle brake of my own design combining elements from various popular flash hiders found in popular video games.

This has a 14mm CCW thread that allows fitting to airsoft replicas ONLY!!! Any attempts to fit this flash hider/muzzle brake replica to anything other than airsoft replicas will likely result in injury!!!
