The Moduluma Ecosystem is a modular lamp system where vases, shades, inlays, and decorative elements can be freely combined to create countless unique designs. Every part is interchangeable, tool-free, and designed for easy assembly, making it possible to build lamps that suit your personal style.

The Bark Inlay for the Modular Vase adds an organic, nature-inspired texture that resembles the surface of tree bark. This design brings warmth and a natural feeling to your lamp, making it a perfect choice for cozy interiors or spaces that connect to the outdoors. Combined with modern 3D-printed parts and light, it creates a unique contrast of natural and contemporary aesthetics.

How to Print: Print the plate as it is. These inlays are made for the Modular Vase (not the Modular Vase Big). Since the parts are mirrored, insert them all in the same orientation — either with the print-plate side facing outward or inward — to ensure a uniform bark texture around the vase.

How to Build Your Lamp: Print all the parts you need for your build:

One Modular Vase + Clips Bark Inlays for the Modular Vase Lampshade of your choice Leafs for modular lampshades (if using a modular shade) Then assemble the lamp as follows:

Prepare the Vase: Press-fit the Bark Inlays into the Modular Vase. Be consistent in the orientation to create a clean, bark-like texture all around.

Add the Clips: Press-fit the clips into the top side of the vase. These will later hold your lampshade securely.

Insert the Fixture: Install your chosen lamp fixture (E14, E27, or the Bambu Lab LED Kit). Build the Shade: For modular shades, press-fit the bottom clip through the bottom ring into the first spline, then press the top clip through the top ring into the same spline. Alternate between even and odd splines until the shade is complete. Insert the leaf elements into their designated slots by pressing them downward into place.

Connect Shade and Vase: Position the shade above the vase and gently press it onto the clips. If it feels too tight, work your way around the lamp, pressing each side down gradually until the shade is securely in place.

Finish: Place the cable neatly into the slot at the bottom of the vase. Your lamp with the Modular Vase and Bark Inlay is complete!
