The Psykedelisk Vase is twisted and warped is such an extreme way that it might make you question your sanity! The big rounded stacks flow in a super satisfying manner, making this a bold show piece.

Printing Guidelines

Due to many shallow curves and somewhat steep overhangs, this vase will benefit from lower layer heights. I used 0.16mm height with Variable Layer Height (adaptive and smoothed) down to 0.08mm, as well as fuzzy skin on contours (0.3mm point distance, 0.6mm skin thickness). Printed solid with Arachne Wall generator. With all these things combined it becomes a rather long print (nearly 24 hours at full scale!), but if you pull it off the result is well worth it!

I also used a Silk Dual PLA similar to this one* for the extra flashy color change effect.
