A simple replacement head I printed for a classical guitar I bought with some missing parts. I printed in ABS and ASA and it was a nice press fit. The holes are 4.35mm in diameter... I'm not sure how standardized these are, so some modification might be necessary. Let me know in the comments if you need any adjustments!
Print solid with no supports. I used the fuzzy skin setting (0.2 point distance, 0.3 thickness, contours/outer walls only) for some extra grip.
