XL Stitch XL Stitch: Subscriber Exclusive Build Guide This XL Stitch model stands approximately 40cm (16") tall, including the ears. While you can scale the model up or down, please note that scaling down may require you to reduce the connector sizes by an additional 1–2% for a proper fit. Printing Tips & Supports

  • Supports Required: Some supports are necessary. Most supported areas are hidden by other parts once assembled.
  • Head Underside: This is the most visible supported area. For a cleaner finish, gently heat the area after printing and smooth it with your fingers.
  • Mouth/Head: The area under the mouth is heavily supported, but completely hidden after assembly.
  • Textured Patches: Print these upright to maintain the correct texture. While you can print them flat without supports, the texture quality will drop significantly. Since the supported sides are hidden anyway, upright is recommended.
  • Assembly: Glue is required for the final build, but always perform a "dry fit" test before applying any adhesive. Assembly Instructions The build is straightforward. All parts labeled "connector" are identical in size.
  1. The Body & Legs
  • Insert a connector into the front of the Main Body and slide on the Light Blue Front Patch.
  • Insert two connectors into each side of the body and attach the Left and Right Legs.
  • Place two connectors into the top of the body to prepare for the head.
  1. The Head
  • Insert two connectors into the front of the Head and attach the Lower Mouth.
  • Insert a connector into the Nose first, then slide the combined nose and connector into the face.
  • The Eyes (No connectors): 1. Insert the Outer Eye pieces (ensure you have the correct left/right orientation). 2. Insert the Black Eye pieces (ensure the hole is at the top). 3. Slide the Reflection pieces into each side.
  • Mount the completed head onto the main body connectors.
  1. Ears & Final Details
  • Insert four connectors (two per side) into the head and attach the Left and Right Ears.
  • Slide the Pink Ear Inserts (no connectors) into the ears, paying close attention to the left and right sides.
  • The Claws:
    • Back Legs: Insert the 8 large, identical claws with the points facing forward.
    • Front Paws: Slide the front claws into place. Note that these require glue to stay secured. Congratulations! Your XL Stitch is complete.

Firstly huge apologies, there's been a couple of errors with stitch that are unforgivable. my only excuse was i was very heavily medicated last week and i barely knew what day it was. So when i originally made the model it had round foot pads, after printing the texture was horrid so i added a small flat base to the foot pad so it prints upright and therefore the texture prints correctly. However it seem i uploaded the old legs without the flat bottom. So there has been two fixes, this that have not printed the legs as yet please download the new file where i have corrected the legs. If you have printed the legs i have included in the original post the round footpads. To avoid the texture not printing correctly please print upright and make sure it's supported. Once the footpad is inserted the supported area would be hidden anyway. Again very sorry for the confusion and potential wasted filament. 🙏🏻
