So the Bambu slicer told me I needed supports which I obviously did not. I wish I’d read the instructions with this design and realized that before, but it didn’t add much waste—just a few grams.

I hadn’t done many multi-color prints yet as I’m fairly new to 3D printing, but the 90 grams of printer poop was nearly half the 185grams I had in my previous 500+ hours of printing. I get why that is, but I think I’ll probably not do a lot of prints like this in the future due to the waste. Again, I understand that’s the nature of designs like this, so not a complaint. Just an observation.

And the waste would have been the same if I printed 1 or 4, so I printed 4 which was the most I could fit on my plate. I used a silk silver from Epelay for the grey and a matte rainbow for the main body color from Eryone. The black was from Inland and the white from SUNLU.

Overall a cute result!
