James Kong, a james Bond/ King Kong hybrid. A model ive been teasing for a few days on TikTok. I love this so much. Now this model started in a slightly different form, however i had trouble printing it which made me have to go back and redesign it. but im glad that happened because i think this version is far better. the large version is printed at around 175% on the H2D, the smaller 100%. While I've made sure that as much of the model as possible prints without supports there is no getting away with it around the arms so it does require some supports, the amount depends on scale. I tried 2 support methods, using a support interface and normal supports. Honestly for this model normal supports works fine and produced compatible results in terms of quality. So for normal supports at 100% set to tree organic, and top z to 2.75 for supports to just fall away. If you scale too may see a few more supports creep in up to the chin and teeth. Be mindful printing at scale on a bed slinger and you may want to increase support strength. otherwise it 0.2 layer height, 8% infill. filaments used. all bambu basic, and the brown is bambu matte.
